Jan Blaschke
fine art photographer, lyricist, musician
“Photography is my beautiful mistress.
Our encounters are occasional and unexpected, but all the more intense.
Our love has lasted over a quarter of a century, and the spark is still there.”
Limited Edition Fine Art Prints
I believe that photographs should hold enduring, singular artistic value. For that reason, I offer my works exclusively in strictly limited editions of just seven signed and numbered pieces worldwide.
Archival Prints 30×30 cm
Printed using master-grade pigmented carbon ink on archival cotton paper for lifetime permanence.
Available unframed, mounted in custom passe-partout (38×38 cm), or set into handcrafted wooden frames.
Miniature Prints 10×10 cm
Collectible miniature silver-gelatin style prints in 10×10 cm format.
Selected works from the portfolio can be custom prepared upon request.
About the Artist & Expeditions
You will find no staged scenes in my work. I am fascinated by the authenticity of the unrepeatable moment, following an invisible trail of stories that unexpectedly surface before the lens.
Beyond photography, I wander across roads and wilderness — from the Himalayas in Nepal to Jordan, Sinai, and polar regions. From my journeys came the photography book „Journey to the Princess“ (Nepal, 2024). I also write song lyrics and perform with musical projects in Central Europe.
